Special certificates are given out for lifetime and age group PR's (Personal Record)
If you would like to receive one, click this Post PR's link.
(This form can also be used to submit 'out-of-town' race results)

Please include your complete home address, with zip code.
Certificates will not be given for course PR's, but they will be listed on the web site and in the newsletter.
